Debbie Baxter began her design career over 30 years ago in Miami, Florida. After years of residency in Caracas, Venezuela, and Madrid, Spain, Debbie and her family finally settled in San Antonio, where she has lived for the past 25+ years.
Debbie is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin as well as specialized design programs in both Miami and Chicago. Her solid educational background, coupled with her diverse international experience, have given Debbie a unique flair and unrestricted approach to interior design.
As a professional member of the American Society of Interior Design (ASID) and the International Interior Design Association (IIDA), she is active in the promotion of interior design as a business. Debbie is also a member of the Texas Association of Interior Design (TAID) and is a licensed Interior Designer in the State of Texas (#3159).
When creating Baxter Design Group (BDG), Debbie's intent was to design spaces with timeless good taste, quality, and comfort, and she has achieved this time and time again. Her approach involves bringing the team talent she has assembled under her roof together with the architect, the builder, and the landscape architect to offer a unique completed project.

As Managing Director of Design and an Associate of BDG, Casey works to position the firm for continued business development and reinforces the superior BDG brand for high quality design and project management services. Casey’s tenure of experience in hospitality, commercial and high end residential design translates into expert Project Management for each of our projects. With a passion for design leadership, Casey guides a superior team of design professionals in achieving unsurpassed project objectives.
Casey's design strengths and signature flair are illustrated in all BDG projects. With the client's goals in mind, Casey strives to surpass the expectations of her clients, transforming their personal visions into illustrations of their lifestyles. With a classic approach to interior design, Casey incorporates the elements of true design principles into modern lifestyle living. She believes extraordinary lives are inspired by extraordinary surroundings.
Casey earned a Bachelor’s of Environmental Design from Texas A&M University and contributes a strong architectural background to the complex nature of interior projects. Originally a Dallas native, she relocated to San Antonio from Charlotte, North Carolina. While in North Carolina, Casey worked at DMR Architecture, specializing in commercial, residential, retail and assisted living design. Casey began her career at the prestigious, internationally award winning hospitality design firm, Wilson & Associates, in Dallas, Texas. Casey is a licensed Interior Designer and a professional member of IIDA.
